Luke Mackenroth – Storage Manager

With a love for sailing, Luke’s maritime journey spans over two decades, marked by extensive experience in operational marina and drystack management, both in Australia and overseas. Holding a Master<24 NC license, Luke has skippered and maintained charter vessels in the picturesque waters of north Queensland and the Whitsundays for many years. Luke's recent tenure as a Boat Harbour Controller with Maritime Safety Queensland for the past four years underscores his commitment to safety, customer service, and compliance within the marine industry. His experience in management of both wet and dry boat storage operations provides him with a keen understanding of member needs and positions him as a valuable asset in SBHS's ongoing evolution to better support its community. Luke's role at SBHS will see him actively engaging with members, driving the forklift, and immersing himself in understanding their vessels and supporting their activities. His dedication to service and expertise makes him an integral part of the SBHS team.
