An exciting opportunity now exists for a Customer Support Officer to join the White Bay 6 Marine team on a full-time basis.
Working closely with the Operations Manager, this role will see you performing customer service and administrative duties and acting as the first point of contact, providing the vital link between customers and the Service Team.
There is also a large sales component to this role in which you will be required to work towards monthly targets, as well as issuing quotes and following up with clients to ensure repeat and new business opportunities.
